Queen Anne home goes 22% over
Our weekly updates on real estate are a labor of love! So, as a regular reader, we’d love to see you support our end-of-year fundraiser for Mary’s Place. Mary’s Place is an organization that provides safe, inclusive shelter and services that help women, children, and families on their journey out of homelessness. A small amount goes a long way to ensure No Child Sleeps Outside. We will match all your donations. You can donate via Facebook, or if you’d prefer to donate directly, forward me your receipt, and we’ll match it. Last year, we raised over $5,000!
In terms of how the rest of the year will play out… This week will be the last week of the year when we see any new listings. After this week, sellers will hold off until the New Year on the assumption that not many buyers will be touring over Christmas and New Year – likely a reasonable assumption! That said, buyers will likely still put another 150-200 homes under contract before the end of the year.
