I’m kinda of in love with this Lake Union waterfront home on Portage Bay at 2511 Everett Ave East. 3 bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms, 2,060 square feet, 1 car garage, 41 feet of waterfront… Built in 1998.
Though how loud is 520? Could you put in a dock with a boat lift?
Also I wish the deck was bigger, the furniture arrangement relative to the fireplace is a little weird, don’t love the columns separating the dining room from the living room and would like to see more modern cabinets and updated bathrooms…
But waterfront! Close to downtown!
Listed at $1.35m, it was on and off the market in 2010 and 2008, last sold in 2001 for $735k.
