75 S Main St was built in 1897, I don’t know it was renovated into condos… But unit 209 is 581 square feet and is listed at $329k.

We love the exposed brick, 12′ ceilings and hardwood floors.

It is open this Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4pm.
