Priced at $999k it is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,847 square feet spread over two levels. According to Redfin it last sold in 2004 for $775k. According to Zillow it was listed for a month in January of 2013 for $925k but never sold.
Looks like it has sweet views and lots of space. To make it a little more lofty I’d look at swapping out the tile floor on the main floor and taking out the big fireplace.
