A new condo building has snuck onto the scene – The Pinnacle, an 11-unit luxury condo building in Alki, started taking reservations the past two weekends. Already 6 homes have been reserved. Click here for the floorplans and to see what has/hasn’t been reserved.
Units range from a single one-bedroom plan of 885 square feet and offered from $900,000 to three-bedroom plans 1,723 square feet to 2,043 square feet) ranging in price from $1,500,000 to more than $2,350,000. Five homes remain for reservation ($5,000), with pre-sales commencing in November 2017.
We think it is great to see someone building a boutique condo building in a neighborhood outside downtown. We’d love to see more developers build boutique buildings like this. While some of the many townhomes being built are great, many empty nesters or young families would prefer single-level living.
