Pinnacle at Alki, the boutique 11-unit building has 8 units left to sell and cut prices on a couple units.
The Pinnacle started reservations in 2018 under Realogics, restarted sales in the fall of 2019 with Olga Dyckman at Windermere and Gary Stepaniants of Remax. They have one unit sold, two pending which leaves them at 8 to sell.
