Photos from that Bank Owned Loft

Thanks to an Urban Living reader for going to check out the downtown loft we recently blogged about, Potential Gem Alert: Bank Owned Loft. Here is their report:

I saw this unit over the weekend and was able to take some pictures. Unfortunately, there was no power in the unit so the pictures are very dark. There was also no light in the bath room so I didn’t bother taking any pictures but it was definitely in need of a remodel. As you can probably tell the unit is a true loft style. Also the windows were a bit shabby and drafty. Overall I think the unit is priced high for what it is even though the location is great. Unfortunately it won’t benefit from the tearing down of the viaduct as it looks across to the parking garage next-door.
