As we hinted last week on Twitter, unit #405 at Monique Lofts, is now for sale. #405 is a 934 square foot unit, 1 bed, 1 bath, 20′ ceilings, corner unit, views of Rainier, and a catwalk! Definitely a very unique place.
A little pricey at $499k though. I swear I’ve been in this unit but haven’t been able to dig up the photos yet. I probably say it last spring when it was for sale for $565k.
