Penthouse at Monique Lofts
Unit 406 just hit the market Friday. Sorry, I was too busy biking and climbing to blog it up earlier :). Longtime readers know I love Monique Lofts. *Especially* the penthouse units.
It is listed at $399k for 869 square foot one bedroom. Looks like it has two loft spaces? I also think I may have toured this space when I was loft shopping back when it was on the market in 2006/2007. Had too many stairs and ladders to get to the bed for me, but looks like they might have put in a stairway to a new bed area. It ended up selling for $462k.
I’m going to make a guess this one of a kind loft goes pending this week and ends up selling for around $450k.
