One88, Officially Announced by Insignia Developer, Bosa
On the verge of selling out their Seattle development, 698-unit “Insignia”, Vancouver-based developer Bosa, is officially announcing that their next project is One88 in Bellevue, confirming what the PSBJ reported in October.
One88 will be one of the first new large condominium projects underway in Bellevue since the recession, offering approximately 143 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as penthouse residences. Vancouver-based Amanat Architect has been named project architect and Hirsch Bedner Associates named as the interior design firm.
Located at the intersection of Bellevue Way Northeast and Northeast Second Street, One88 is just steps from Downtown Park and a variety of dining and high-end shopping at The Shops At The Bravern and The Bellevue Collection. Homes will have a range of views from Lake Washington, mountains and surrounding green park areas.
They say more details will be released in coming months and a groundbreaking is expected in early 2017.
