One88 First Look at their Sales Center & Pricing

This afternoon, real estate agents packed in to get their first look at the One88 sales center. One88 is the 143-unit condo building going up in Bellevue at 188 Bellevue Way NE, the first condo to be built in Bellevue in something like 10 years.

The big news is that the cheapest, smallest unit, a one bedroom, will start in the low-$800s for 752 square feet, with two bedrooms starting at $1.1m+ for 1,095 square feet with prices going all the way up to beyond $3m for 2,170 to 2,948 square foot penthouses.

Not surprisingly the building is chockfull of amenities – 24 hour concierge, gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, over 25,000 square feet of luxury amenities. But the big surprise was that there is no rooftop deck or amenity space, but, there is going to be an indoor saline pool with skylights and a wall of retractable windows opening it to the outside. A surprising amenity for a building this small.

One88 is being built by Bosa, the Canadian developer who brought us Insignia, a 698-unit building that started sales in 2013 and finished in 2015. Buyers who bought at Insignia, even as it was nearing completion, have enjoyed nice equity gains.
