One88 Condo Construction Starting Next Year
The PSBJ reports Condo developer Bosa moves ahead with 21-story Bellevue tower, named One88, with construction starting early next year.
Bosa is also the developer of the 698 unit Insignia project which is almost sold out. While Bosa is mum on when sales will start for One88, our guess is that Insignia will soon close out its remaining 17 sales, the team will take a break for the holidays, and launch One88 in early 2017.
