Author and syndicated columnist Tom Kelly examines the market for new condominiums in downtown Seattle focusing on Olive 8, an R.C. Hedreen Company development.
As Kelly explains, Olive 8 was completed during a very difficult housing cycle. Following an auction in 2010 when all inventory below the 27th floor was sold, the developer reset their sales plan for the remaining properties which Dick Hedreen calls, “The Sky Collection”.
