The seller lowered the price to $1.15 million before delisting it in October. At this price range, the monthly payment, including mortgage, taxes, and dues, would be at least $4,500.

When you compare this to other two-bedroom apartments coming onto the market on Capitol Hill or downtown, this unit is bigger and features higher quality materials and finishes. Example: Bosch appliances in the kitchen. Other features include “bamboo hardwood floors, reclaimed wood trim, radiant floor heat & energy recovery ventilation”.
