New One88 Renderings Released

One88 the 143-unit condo building going up in Bellevue teased us today with four new renderings, though no additional details on pricing:

Inspired by the shape, aesthetic and lucidity of a quartz crystal that is native to the Pacific Northwest, One88 will be sleek and distinct in its silhouette with angular lines and varied contours. The building design allows for many of the 143 residences to feature shifting private outdoor balconies that create varying angles of openness and dimension throughout the exterior. This innovative approach to the traditional balcony provides access to the outdoors with added protection from wind and rain, allowing for year-round indoor/outdoor living.

The architect for the project is Hossein Amanat.
