…This spring we moved to 16th and Columbia and have just loved living just a little bit out of the main Pike/Pine action in the Central District’s SeattleU neighborhood. And for months now we’ve been walking by this pair of houses for sale at 16th and Marion just a block away from us. Today one of them hit the market, 1615 E Marion St.
