This brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, Madrona house has only been on the market for 6 days.  Listing for $799,000, this 2,220 square foot, 2 story at 2803 E Pike St takes full advantage of the narrow corner lot without overwhelming the neighborhood.  The windows are situated to give you privacy while maximizing light and with enough full height windows to keep me happy.  The glass front doors seem like overkill and I would want more privacy/security there.  The lot is small, but they managed to fit in two semi-private patio areas and a very nice rooftop deck.  Ground level floors are stained and  polished concrete, and the kitchen has marble counter tops.  The open floor plan works because the house is a good width.  There is a second sitting area, with a fireplace, that opens onto a patio between the house and the detached garage.  The garage houses only a single car, but is different (cute) because it is attached to the neighbor’s and the individual garage doors match the style of each house.  Street noise from Martin Luther King Jr. Way seems to be the only concern listed on the two Redfin Tour Insights.  It looks great in the pictures, definitely one that is worth seeing.
