New Isola Townhomes on West Slope QA

It’s Isola, so they are modern townhomes.  Their latest community is called The Nines and is just up the hill from the Interbay Golf Center, which has a heated two story driving range and a 9 hole course.  Oh, you wanted to read about the townhomes?

There are two styles available at 2556 14th Ave W.  The 5 units facing the street are rowhouse style, one having 3 bedrooms and the other with 2 bedrooms plus bonus room.  The other 4 units are duplexes with 3 bedrooms.  All units have 2.25 bathrooms, 1 parking stall, and around 1,700 square feet.
