New Construction Pipeline Update
Here’s a look at all the big new construction projects around town.
Despite us holding the record for the highest number of cranes, in 2017, we’re expecting only three condo projects to complete, Gridiron in Pioneer Square, Hendon on Phinney Ridge and the Odessa in Madison Park. We also expect single-family and townhouse projects like Bryant Heights, Fort Lawton and Rally to sell out early in the year, leaving not much in the way of big new construction projects. In terms of individual single family and townhome new construction, we expect to see a little more than what we saw in 2016, which was approximately 1,500 sales.
