New Construction Pipeline for 2017
Here’s a look at all the big new construction projects around town.
Since our last update in November, Luma has sold out and Insignia is down to just two units in the north tower. In 2017, we’re expecting only three condo projects to complete, Gridiron, Hendon and the Odessa. We also expect projects like Bryant Heights, Fort Lawton and Rally to sell out early in the year, leaving not much in the way of big new construction projects. In terms of single family and townhome new construction, we expect to see a little more than what we saw in 2016, which was approximately 1,500 sales.
