New Central District Home

I’ve slowed down writing about all the homes these days because honestly, they don’t all look that great.
306 26th Ave in the Central District caught my eye though.

Developed by Van Zandt Development + Building and designed by Eggleston | Farkas Architects, it looks more thoughtful than most of what is going up.

What caught our eye was the floor-to-ceiling windows in the open living space and the clean lines in the kitchen.

Priced at $1.095m it is 2,500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
