There’s a seemingly endless number of new construction homes we could feature here but they’re all pretty similar with not much to make them special.
415 16th Ave S by Dwell isn’t like the other new construction homes. Most notably it could be a net zero home – highly energy efficient pre-wired for a solar panel array, in theory, you wouldn’t have an electric bill.
It has a ton of features, most notable to us would be the 100-year old reclaimed wood beams from a Tacoma warehouse.
Priced at $1.385m, it is 3,040 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. One of the garages is setup as a studio/Airbnb/mother-in-law, or it could just be a garage. Check out the floorplans.
