My New Favorite House
I’m a big fan of architect, Eric Cobb, so its no surprise my new favorite home for sale is 315 25th Ave E. A stunning modern home he designed with a lot of concrete, steel and glass. It isn’t cheap at $1,395,000 for 3 bedrooms, 2.75 baths, 3,183 square feet. But it also boasts a 1,200 roof top deck with a fireplace.
The home last sold mostly finished in 2008 for $1,250,000 after being listed at $1,790,000.
