My Favorites of 2019
It was harder to put this list together than I thought, and I’m sure I missed some good ones! In no particular order…
Magnolia Mid-Century Modern
Super cool mid-century modern by Robert Dietz. We were fortunate to represent the buyers!
A Modern Mercer Island Waterfront
Love.
North Lake Washington Modern
A George Suyama “Urban Cabin”
A $3.2m cabin that is. No detail left untouched.
Fred Bassetti/George Suyama
Originally designed by Fred Bassetti with a remodel designed by George Suyama.
Mid-Century Project in Bryant
This would have been a big project, but hopefully a fun one!
An Almost Floating Home
Perched above the water, I didn’t love the location of this home, but the remodel was flawlessly executed and I love the idea of having a large covered outdoor space with a boat right there.
80 S Jackson Penthouse
For those with a larger budget, this is definitely one of the top five? top three? coolest lofts in the city. I loved it.
The Fort Ward Bunker House
We’ve seen a lot of houses in the area, and this is the first that sits atop an old military bunker.
Laurelhurst Waterfront Under $3m
This was a great opportunity to build your dream waterfront home.
