I Might Move To Leschi For This

I’m not really following Leschi real estate closely enough to know if $645k for, 425 Randolph, a 1,540 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place that is contemporary with great views of Lake Washington is a good deal. But it seems reasonable. Though I would re-do what appears to be the recently remodeled kitchen and bath.

Now oddly the listing agent didn’t a picture of the exterior even though they describing it as an “eye-catching Leschi contemporary”. Fortunately for you all I grabbed one off of Google Street View.
