Another Mosler Penthouse is For Sale
Mark Schuster’s penthouse #02 now has some competition. Penthouse #1 hit the market a little over a week ago. It’s a good looking unit and at only $2 million considerably cheaper than Mark’s $3 million penthouse. Larger too at 2,398 square feet versus 2,000 square feet. While the bathroom looks a lot nicer in Mark’s penthouse I don’t know why it is $1,500 square foot versus $824.
