More Details Emerge About Condos at 1516 2nd Ave
Word broke in June that 1516 2nd Ave, the Chromer Building, was going to be redeveloped as condos. The PSBJ is now reporting a few more details, Condo skyscraper planned for Chromer Building property, former site of Amazon offices and Elysian Bar:
Information submitted by the development team to the city says the tower will have 45 floors, 498 residences, nearly 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail and parking with an unspecified number of parking stalls.
The developer, Pinnacle Plus Development LLC, is a joint venture of Bellevue-based Plus Investment USA of Bellevue and a company from China, the representative said Wednesday.
