MLS Watch: Price increases at Noma

Three units at Noma that have remained on the market for more than two hundred days have had their prices increased, one by almost 10%:

#510 – 1 bed/1 bath – $29,000 increase to $346,950

#516 – 2 bed/1.75 bath – $37,000 increase to $486,950

#515 – 2 bed/1.75 bath – 1,056 sq ft – $412/sq ft – $5000 increase to $434,950
