Eleven Eleven
Here’s a shot of 111 E Pike that I took from my window two days ago:
Millennium Tower
The Millennium Tower penthouse, which is still a 10,000 square foot shell, that sold for $4 mil in 2004, just had a $2 mil price reduction to $8 mil.
The 17th floor SE corner unit is also down in price to $1,595,000. Almost at it’s initial 2003 price of $1,500,000.
Rollin Street
Ben visited Rollin Street and has written up his impressions since Vulcan absurdly doesn’t allow photos:
To me, the layout as well as the sterility of the exposed concrete walls and ceilings were quite reminiscent of Mosler Lofts. The decks seemed a bit too narrow, probably wide enough for potted plants and a bistro set, but not much else. The “shotgun†units on the alley side don’t seem receive a lot of ambient daylight, mostly due to the depth of the units, something to keep in mind if you like bright and airy living spaces.
Trace Lofts
My neighborhood is selling #308.
