Mira Flats in Bellevue Pricing Will Start in the $400s
We reported a few weeks ago that Mira Flats, a 162-unit condo building would start sales soon. The developer, Intracorp, put out a press release today with a few more details:
Mira Flats is one of the few new-construction condominium projects to be completed in the area in recent years offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from approximately 400 to 1,200 square feet. Prices will start in the $400,000s and exceed $1 million on some of the larger homes.
Pricing is starting lower than we would guessed! Though the building is light on amenities over than a rooftop deck.
