Mira Flats has 20 sales 2020
Mira Flats has had a good start to the year selling 20 units in the last two months. We recently helped a buyer at Mira Flats and quickly saw all the units in their stack of interest go pending and then the unit we offered on had a second offer on it behind ours.
This recent surge of sales puts them at 60% sold.
