Mira Flats, the 162 unit condo building in Bellevue is down to 19 units and has cut prices to get them sold with the 3 bedrooms seeing some big reductions:
- Studio: 1 left at $409k
- Urban studio: 3 left $529k to $549k
- 2 bed, 1 bath: 4 left $799k to $839k
- 2 bed, 2 bath: 7 left, $898k to $999k
- 3 bed, 2 bath: 4 left, $1.08m to $1.109m.
Mira isn’t as sexy as the other new building in Bellevue, Bosa’s One88. But it is about half the price.
