Mira Flats Down To 13 Units, 2 and 3 Bedrooms Remain
We stopped by Mira Flats, the 162-unit condo building in Bellevue, this weekend to get an update. They’re now down to 13 units and since their last remaining studio and one bedroom went under contract in the past 24 hours! The sales team told us they have had a lot of interest in the smaller units and have sold 3 units thus far in 2021.
- 2 bed, 1 bath: 3 left $819k to $839k
- 2 bed, 2 bath: 7 left $898k to $999k
- 3 bed, 2 bath: 3 left $1.08m to $1.098m
To get a feel for what’s left, we poked inside units 327 and 302 (photos below). I expect these last few units to go soon based on the price point in proximity to Bellevue center. If you’re interested, let us know, we’ve already helped two buyers at Mira.
