Merry Christmas Urban Living Readers!

Thanks for a good year of comments, tips and meet-ups.

Does anyone have any Christmas condo stories? Buildings that wouldn’t allow trees or neighbors that revolted against your blinking lights?

Why focus on the horrors of high-density living? Not all condo living is strife.

How about these x-mas related condo benefits?

1. doormen to receive packages
2. condo potlucks & get-togethers with neighbors
3. not having to shovel a driveway, clean gutters, or cover a pool

C’mon, Matt. You seem to be down on “urbnlivn” lately. It’s not all roses, but it certainly doesn’t suck enough to warrant constant negative slant.

Ah! The negative commentators are getting to me! Maybe pretty soon I’m going to start guest blogging on Seattle Bubble :)

1. Darn, I don’t have a door person.
2. I blogged about our 12th and Madison soiree, and I went to a nice wine & cheese party at my upstairs neighbors.
3. Yes, going home to Winnipeg for the holidays reminded me just how fun shoveling is.
