Exposed Concrete Loft in LQA

After a multi-year hiatus, #901 at 415 W Mercer is back on the market and it is a stunner. That is if you’re a fan of exposed concrete, killer views and cherry hardwoods. I am :).

#901 was last on the market in the summer of 2008 and we blogged about it then and its $1,150,000 price tag. If you were thinking of buying it then, be glad you waited, it is now just $749,000. The place last sold in 2002 for $345,500.
