It isn’t often we blog about homes in Edmonds. Perhaps we never have! But this mid-century modern designed by Michael Soldano, built in 1961 is a beauty!
In a neighborhood with streets named after Robin Hood, you’ll find 10412 Little John Court. At 1,868 square feet it is 3 bedrooms (plus den) with two bathrooms on two thirds of an acre.
We saw this place in person this week and fell in love. Essentially untouched for many years, there honestly isn’t much we’d change about it. Definitely new appliances, maybe new countertops, but other than that, we’d simply enjoy mid-century architecture and the backyard with towering trees.
Priced at $589k, it is going to sell for much more than that!
