McGraw Square on Queen Anne Releases Pricing

McGraw Square, the 57-unit townhome project on the west slope of Queen Anne has released pricing ahead of starting sales. As we expected the prices are starting above $1m for the mix of traditional and contemporary townhomes:

Home site #4: Barrett traditional – $1,073,995
Home site #5: Emerson traditional – $1,197,995
Home site #6: Boston traditional – $1,162,995
Home site #52: Prospect elite contemporary – $1,189,995
Home site #53: Prospect contemporary – $1,129,995

Given how quickly One88 sold, will be interesting to see how fast these will go.
