Marselle in South Lake Union 52% Sold

Here’s the update on Marselle straight from the listing agent:

The Marselle is now 52% Sold and we have received Fannie Mae Approval with Cobalt Mortgage, all outside lenders are now able to apply for Fannie Mae Approval as well. The Marselle is also FHA & VA approved. We have Sold 69 homes, closed 57 with 12 pending homes.

The Marselle continues to out pace our competitors with great values. Many fantastic homes are still available with Studios priced at $189K & $199K, Open 1 Bedrooms starting at $229K, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Dens with City View at $299K, 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Dens starting at $284K, 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths starting at $379K. All our homes include parking as well as storage, the 2 Bedroom homes come with 2 parking spaces.
