Malden 8 Photos

Since so many of you are closely following Malden 8 and even going so far as to break in to check the place out, I thought I’d go the non-criminal route and check it out this weekend at their pre-opening sale open house.

We toured both 436 Malden Ave E and 432 Malden Ave E.

Here are the photos from 436 Malden Ave E ($589,995). I was sad that there was really no views from the unit or the roof top. The rooms also felt pretty small.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that 432 Malden Ave E ($609,995) had better views, was more spacious, but faced out to a couple dilapidated houses.

Personally, after living in a south-west facing corner unit with pretty nice city views, I don’t think I could ever move into a no-view place.
