Magnolia “Cabin”/Tiny House
I love the idea of a Magnolia cabin, either as a pied-a-terre, or just as an escape from Seattle without actually leaving Seattle (which would be perfect for real estate agents who never know when a client is going to call wanting to tour in five minutes :).)
Which is why 1919 32nd Ave W caught our eye.
With only 420 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom, you’ll have to embrace the tiny house movement. But you can enjoy doing it with a stand-alone sauna and being a few blocks from the beach.
At $450k it is a great condo alternative.
