Remember all of those short sales that depressed prices a few years ago? Remember all those poor suckers who endured months of waiting for bank approval with no guarantee of actually getting a house?
The buyers, now sellers, of this remodeled mid-century were those suckers, but look who’s laughing now. They bought this fixer in Madison Valley / Madrona in 2011 for $295K and obviously had a vision because…well…these are the previous listing photos:
