Madison Lofts Craigslist Rental Scam
Just a heads up that the $1,800 rental at Madison Lofts is a Craigslist scam. Since I get about 2-3 emails or calls a day, and have been for months, perhaps this blog post will help people from getting scammed and discourage the scammer from targeting Madison Lofts.
I know this is a scam since our client bought the unit pictured in November and is not renting it out. Also, this unit would rent for $3,500 to $4,000 a month. If it is too good to be true it is!
Oddly, the scammer is a terrible scammer as they’re very slow to respond to victims and so they usually end up running into this blog looking for someone to contact.
