This evening Luma released pricing for their 168 units on First Hill:

You can navigate pricing with their online tool or with this spreadsheet we compiled (accurate as of May 12, 2015, source: liveluma.com).

Homes will be available for sale on Monday, June 1st. Purchase and Sale Agreements and the Luma Public Offering Statement will be available for review on May 18th and on June 1st they will begin accepting offers for homes at Luma. Luma will welcome its first residents in June 2016.
