Unit 202 at my favorite loft building in Seattle, is back on the market! It is a big one at 1,495 square feet for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The ultimate bachelor pad. The great thing about #202 is that it also features a 500 square foot patio.
We got a sneak peek before the last sale when it was originally listed for $895k in August 2008 and sold for $695k a year later in 2009 (2008 was a bad time for condos!) Current seller has it on the market for what he paid for it, $695k.
It is interesting to note that #202 is priced at $470/sq. ft. while his upstairs neighbor is selling #301 (which is smaller at 1,123 square feet) for $825k or about $735/sq. ft.!
