Live at Boutique Capitol Hill Building Nicholas Court

I love the boutique 9-unit building Nicholas Court, tucked almost into Pike/Pine but still relatively quiet and not totally in the thick of things.

Designed by Gordon Walker and built in 2000 it is a under-appreciated little gem of a building.

Unit 5 there just hit the market for $429k. It is a 652 square foot one bedroom. I love the modern look with radiant concrete floors. Though it still has its original kitchen.

Side note: how often do you see a 100% owner occupied condo building these days?
