Linden Townhomes Walkthrough Video

New three-story townhouses in Greenwood. There are eight of them altogether, none sold yet. They each have three bedrooms. Some have 1.5 baths, and some have 2.5. Half of them have itty bitty fenced back yards, the other half have itty bitty open front yards. They are listed at $329K – $349K, with the cheaper ones being closest to 85th street.

A quick aside: can someone please explain to me the point of an electric fireplace?

Thanks for the dizzying video. Try getting a camcorder with a stablizer feature or cut back on the caffeine. And try to using the pan out feature instead of the current zoom or whatever. Pictures would've been a lot better.

It doesn't smoke and make your clothes smelly, it still provides some of the ambient/mood benefits of a fireplace, and it acts as a space heater. If I were to move into a place with a fireplace I would actually prefer it to be electric than real.

Why electric over gas, should have been the question I think.

Personally, I see them as a waste of space in those tiny living rooms that new townhouses around here have. One less wall you can put furniture in front of.
