Kraken player buys $5.8M Bellevue home
We’re all starting to feel the end-of-season slow down, not just see it in the data.
Buyers are noticing the lack of new listings asking when they’ll see more – bad news we won’t see more than 300 new listings a week until April which is over five months away! Meanwhile, sellers are wondering where the buyers are – they’re out there, but waiting for lower rates or lower prices or something better looking.
We’re still plugging away though! Last week our listing at the Cristalla went pending, we listed a huge one-bedroom in the very boutique Capitol Hill building, the Crawford, and had buyers (finally) get their keys at the Avenue Residences.
P.S. Nexus is down to just 2 units left to sell and they’re great deals!
