Killer Views from Jim Olson Houseboat
It doesn’t get any better than this. The south west end-of-the-dock houseboat on Eastlake at 2017 Fairview Ave E is for sale. Designed by Jim Olson, built in 1976, it ain’t cheap at $2.888m. But just check out the photos. (I’m still trying to figure out how they’ve crammed 3 beds and 1.25 baths into 1,000 square feet. And no blinds??)
