Isola Homes’ Eastlake6 Townhouses – Only 2 Left!
If you’re a regular Urban Living reader (and we hope you are!), you’ll notice that we’re big fans of Isola Homes. The multi-generational Northwest home builders have brought us some of our favorite modern homes including Malden 8 townhomes and most recently, Eastlake6 townhomes.
We first started blogging about Eastlake6 back in November when these six modern, sustainable homes were still under construction. Tim O’Shea and Jason Wrzesinski of Isola Homes led us on a hard hat tour of the homes, which designed by Carnon Architecture, and highlighted their unique features including lots of insulation via spray foam, triple pane glass windows, and radiant heating, as well as the homes’ stunning, unobstructed views from the rooftop.
Several months later, we announced the grand preview of the newly finished Eastlake6 townhomes as they went on sale and set initial move-in dates to begin in late February. Today, there are still two townhouse units left for sale, and we have brand new interior photos to show you inside the homes!
First off, each townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms. The space spans three levels high with tons of storage in the basement. Square footage of the units ranges from 1604-1762, which is larger than the average townhouse in Seattle. Prices for the remaining homes are in the mid-$500’s.
