Income Restricted Units Now Available at Gridiron

Remarkably, Daniels, the developer of Gridiron, a 107-unit new condo building in Pioneer Square built income restricted units into their project instead of paying into the city’s affordable housing fund. Those units, there are 12 of them, are 400 to 600 square feet are now available. Priced between $350,890 to $400,882 you need to be earning less than 115 percent of the area median income to qualify. So for individuals that is $86,000 and families, less than $98,440 square feet.
